摘    要:减少查找、解决故障的时间,对矿井生产意义重大。现场设备多采用模块化设计,相互之间只有必要的信号联系,主控设备的故障监测不是很精确。以往查故障,只能凭经验判断,费时费力,还不一定能找到故障源。采用"故障互锁"方式,可以精确地判断出是何设备引出的故障,进而有针对性地进行抢修。这种方法使故障查找变得有章可循,大大缩短了查找问题的时间。

Use Fault Interlock to Find System Internal Fault Source
Abstract:Reducing find and address failure time,major mine production significance.Field devices,multi-modular design with each other only if necessary signal contact,the master fault monitoring equipment is not very accurate.Check fault in the past,can only be experienced judgment,time consuming,and will not necessarily be able to find source of fault."The fault interlock" way,you can accurately judge leads to failure of any equipment,then targeted repair.This approach enables troubleshooting becomes rule-based,greatly reducing time to find problem.
