摘 要: | 分析了ZZ9000/20/40型三角区掩护支架掩护梁结构设计,对其进行合理简化的基础上,建立了掩护梁结构件的整体三维模型。利用Cosmosworks软件分析了2种结构的掩护梁受扭转、冲击载荷的情况,比较不同结构受载情况。提出合理的设计结构,为掩护梁设计提供依据。

Abstract: | Analysis of the ZZ9000/20/40 type caving shield structure design of triangle area,the reasonable simplified was established on the basis of the overall caving shield structure of 3 model.Using Cosmosworks software to analyse the two kinds of structure of caving shield subjected to torsion,impact load condition,comparison of different structure loads.Putting forward the reasonable structure design,providing a basis for design of the caving shield. |
