Machining Process of Thin Sheet Parts Based on Stress Deformation Offset Principle

This paper analyses the machining process of the chuck as a representative of thin sheet parts and the fixed ring as a representative of thin wall parts,by using stress deformation offset principle.The deformation of the workpiece will be finally reduced to minimum through the process of reasonable arrangement,the fixture of clever designing and the tool path of scientific planning.
