| 摘 要： | 在对.NET关键技术分析的基础上,针对企业的人事管理的现状,分析和设计了一套实用的人力资源信息管理系统.首先通过对企业人力资源信息管理的现状和需求的分析,提出了搭建系统的合理架构模式:三层架构模式,以B/S方式来构建人力资源信息管理系统.用面向对象和组件化开发相结合的设计方法,借助Rose工具,用UML语言,进行可视化建模,从系统需求、系统设计、系统实现3个方面,对人力资源信息管理系统进行了具体的分析与设计.

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis to NET key techniques and the status quo of enterprises human resource management,this applied human resource information management system is analyzed and designed.Via the analysis of the status quo of enterprises'Human re- source information management and the requirement,a logical frame mode for constructing this system is designed:three tiers frame mode by means of B/S technique.A method combined object-oriented and groupware exploiture is used,the software--Rational rose and UML language is utilized to construct visual mode,information management system of human resource is analysed and designed from system demand,system design,system realization etc. |
