| 摘 要： | 根据彩电企业的实际生产需要,结合MRP的基本概念,开发出一套企业MRP系统;以VB SQL Server 2000的数据库开发模式,在仓库管理、产品物料清单(BOM)管理与月生产准备计划管理的基础上,实现了月采购计划和月生产进度计划的编制;研究出生产进度安排算法;算法具有一定的普遍性,同时适用于其它一些家电企业的生产管理.

| Abstract: | According to the actual production requirement ofthe color TV enterprises, an enterprise MRP system is developed combined with the radical conception of MRP. With the database development mode of VB and SQL server 2000, the workout of the month stocking plan and the month producing progress plan is realized, which is based on the management of storehouse, the management of product BOM and the month plan management of producing preparation. A kind of producing progress arrangement algorithm is excogitated. The algorithm has the certain catholicity and is fit for the producing management of other Color TV enterprises. |
