微切削加工最小切削深度模型的研究

摘    要:为探讨微切削的加工机理,对能稳定切削的最小切削深度进行了研究。基于微切削模型、刃弧半径、摩擦系数建立了最小切削深度模型。通过数值计算,分析了摩擦系数对微切削力的影响;并利用有限元数值仿真,验证了该模型的正确性。理论分析和仿真结果表明:最小切削深度与刃弧半径成正比,但随摩擦系数减小而增大。该模型的建立对微切削加工参数的选择具有实际指导意义。

Abstract:To probe into machining mechanism in micro cutting,the minimum cutting depth for achieving stable machining was discussed.A model of minimum cutting depth was proposed based on model of micro-cutting,tool edge radius and friction coefficient.The effect of friction coefficients on cutting forces was analyzed with numerical calculation.FEM numerical simulation was used to verify the validity of the model.The result shows that the minimum cutting depth is proportional to tool edge radius and increases with friction coefficient decreasing.It is practical value for choosing machining parameters in micro cutting.
