| 摘 要： | 分析了当前我国电力供求关系的现状。对我国具有代表性的行业和社会化用电耗能重点用户近年来在节能、节电方面取得的技术进步和成效作了简要回顾和综述。提出建立行之有效的电力运营新机制、促进全社会进一步节能增效,走资源节约和可持续发展道路的紧迫性和必要性。

| Abstract: | The current situation of power supply and demand in China is analyzed, and the technological progress and effects achieved by representative industries and large power consumers in China in recent years in terms of energy and power saving are reviewed and summarized briefly. It is urgent and necessary to establish effective power operation mechanism, push the society to further energy saving,and improve energy efficiency for realizing the sustainable development. |
