机械镀锌镀层结合机理的研究

摘    要:用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜根据双金属冷压焊结合机理,分析了镀层和基体之间、镀层中锌粉颗粒间的结合机理。结果表明,镀层和基体间的结合是基体表面的凹凸与Sn的粘结作用。而镀层中锌粉颗粒之间的结合是因为受玻璃珠介质的反复摩擦、冲击,致使锌粉颗粒表面晶粒细化,造成锌粉颗粒之间相互咬合,进而结合在一起。

Abstract:The joining mechanism of mechanically deposited zinc coating was researched by OMM and SEM.It points out that the bonding between the rough surface of substrate and the metal tin are the major factor in joining between the substrate and the coating.Further observation and analysis on the interface of zinc powder in coating shows that the surface of zinc powders is composed of tinny crystal formed by friction and impact of the glass beads,and these tinny crystals cause zinc powders to adhere each other.
