| 摘 要： | 矿用开口式连接环形状复杂,手工设计时难以达到合理的尺寸,Pro/MECHANICA软件具有优化设计的功能。通过模型的创建、尺寸关系的建立、优化功能的运行,可得到既符合强度要求又最节省材料的各个尺寸。优化中常出现一些障碍,通过大量试验找到了排除故障的操作方法。

| Abstract: | The shape of opening link loop used in mine is complicated,it is difficult to get reasonable size when it is designed manually.Software of Pro/MECHANICA has function of optimal design.The size that not only satisfying intension require but also saving material maximally can get by establishing model,building size relation,running software.Some handicaps often appear when software is run,the operation that get rid of these handicaps has found by many experimentations. |
