MSP-100E微波萃取仪性能测试

摘    要:介绍了微波萃取仪压力、温度、微波均匀性和萃取精度的测定。结果表明,MSP-100E微波萃取仪可以在溶剂沸点以下或以上达到±1℃的控制精度,压力差可达到±0.01 MPa,不同萃取位置上的温度差可以处在±1.5℃之内,萃取一个样品的精度(n=5)为1.806%(小于2%),好于超声和索氏萃取的精密度。

Abstract:It is introduced that the testing studies on the microwave extraction apparatus.The accuracy of the pressure,temperature,the extracting result and the uniform radiated by microwave at the different starting point to the MSP-100E microwave extraction apparatus have been determined.The results show that the controlling accuracy can be at ±1 ℃ for the setting temperature whether the experimental temperature is above or below the boiling point of the applied extraction solvent.The controlling accuracy can be at ±0.01 MPa for the setting pressure value.At the same microwave radiation power and time,the determined temperature value at different starting point is at ±1.5 ℃ to the average value of the all tested temperature points.The extraction accuracy(n=5) is 1.806%(<2%).The determined extraction accuracy for the MSP-100E microwave extraction apparatus is better than the ultrasonic or Soxhlet extraction method.
