紧密纺纱技术在麻纺细纱机上的应用

摘    要:传统麻纺细纱机纺纱过程中因纺纱三角区的存在,苎麻纱毛羽多且长,影响织物质量.分析了传统麻纺细纱机的纺纱特点以及利用紧密纺技术进行改造的方法,对紧密纺纺纱原理进行了论述,介绍了麻纺细纱机紧密纺装置的构成.纺纱结果表明,紧密纺苎麻纱与传统环锭纺苎麻纱相比在毛羽、强力、条干及生产效率等方面均有较大改善,综合效益较好.

Abstract:For existing spinning triangular space in the course of traditional bast fiber spinning, hairiness in ramie yarn are more and longer, so fabric quality is influenced.Spinning speciality of traditional bast fiber spinning frame and innovation methods by using compact spinning technology are analyzed, and principle of compact spinning is demonstrated. The composition of compact spinning set in bast fiber spinning frame is introduced. The spinning result shows that compact spinning ramie yarn has great improvement in hairiness, strength, evenness and productive efficiency than that in traditional ring spinning ramie yarn, and compositive benefit of compact spinning ramie yarn is better.
