摘    要:本文以同核异质及同质异核核质杂种小麦为材料,广泛比较了小麦属和山羊草属中各种不同的细胞质对普通小麦苗期叶色、生长势及葡匐性等生长特性以及幼稚分化速度的影响,分析了这些细胞质遗传效应的特点,并初步筛选出一些生产上有应用前景的细胞质材料。

Abstract:Taking the stable homonucleo-alloplasmic and homoplasmic-heteronucleonic hybridsas the materials, the authors compared the effects of alien cytoplasms in Triticum andAegilops on leaf colour, growth potential, stoloniferous and larval ear differentiation rate ofcommon wheat, furthermore, analyzed the genetic characteristics of these alien cytoplasmsand preliminarily indicated the applied prospects of the genetics of some alien cytoplasms.
