| 摘 要： | 改进对弹簧支撑热处理工艺，增加工艺孔，使用新的淬火挂具，采用表面喷砂处理，解决了工件热处理后硬度不均匀，外形变化及其表面不清洁的问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper the problems,such as inhomogeneous hardness,heavy distortion and unclean surface of the spring supports after conventional quenching could be solved by the measures with using additive procese holes in the parts,improving heat treatment process,taking the martempering replace the conventional quenching,using some new quenching hangers and using sand blast cleaning the parts after heat treating. |
