双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)/聚磷酸铵膨胀阻燃剂对环氧树脂阻燃性能研究

摘    要:通过氧指数、垂直燃烧、热失重、锥形量热和电镜扫描等研究了由双酚 A 双(磷酸二苯酯)(BDP)与聚磷酸铵(APP)组成的膨胀型阻燃剂对环氧树脂的阻燃性能和阻燃机理。结果表明,BDP/APP 膨胀型阻燃剂对环氧树脂有较好的阻燃性能,使环氧树脂氧指数达到29.9%,垂直燃烧通过 UL94 V-0级,500℃残炭量达到34 8%,平均热释放速率下降70.7%,热释放速率峰值下降67.3%,有效燃烧热平均值下降24.1%。扫描电镜分析表明,经膨胀阻燃剂阻燃的环氧树脂燃烧后能够形成连续、致密、封闭、坚硬的焦化炭层。

Abstract:The effect of intumescent flame retardant(IFR)composed of bisphenol A bis(diphenyl) phosphate ester(BDP)and ammonium polyphosphate on epoxy resin was investigated by limiting oxygen index,horizontal and vertical firing,thermogravimetric analysis(TG),cone calorimetry,and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results demonstrated that BDP/APP was effective on the flame retar- dancy of epoxy resin.It was also found that the EP retarded by IFR could still pass UL94 V-0 rating, and its limited oxygen index value...
