摘    要:压力容器是常见的化工设备,其常规设计早已非常成熟。而常规的安全系数法却不能反映应力和材料强度变化。针对此不足采用ANSYS概率设计方法,不仅考虑了应力和强度的变化,又考虑了失效的不同后果。文章以丙烯腈回收塔为例,对其进行了可靠性分析。从计算结果可以看出,用ANSYS概率分析方法对压力容器进行设计即安全又经济。

Abstract:The pressure vessel is the common chemical equipment, its conventional design has already come to maturity. But the normal safe coefficient method actually cant reflect the stress and the material strength change. In view of this insufficiency, using the ANSYS probability design method can not only consider the stress and the intensity change, but also the different consequence after failure. Taking the acrylonitrile recycling tower as an example, the paper has carried on the reliability analysis. The results showed that the methods of ANSYS probability analysis adopted to the pressure vessel design is safe and economical.
