摘    要:从SRK认知控制模型出发,剖析新手用户、普通用户、专业用户的认知控制模式以及失误的主要原因,从而得出机电产品人机界面设计的若干原则,以期降低操作的失误率,提高用户的满意度。

Abstract:From the SRK cognitive control model aspect,it analyses the cognitive control mode and the main reasons for errors of novice users,ordinary users and professional users,then educes some human-Machine Interface design principles of the electromechanical products,so that to reduce the operation rate of failure and improve the user's satisfaction.
