摘    要:对预测TEMA-E型换热器壳侧单相压降的“流路分析法”进行分析的基础上提出:当Re_(Tc)足够大时,各流路的阻力系数主要取决于各流动通道的横截面积及其质量流率,而通道截面的几何形状不会产生显著影响.因此,TEMA-F型换热器壳侧单相压降的计算可以在适当修改几何参数的条件下,用单壳程单弓板的流路分析法进行预测.为了验证预测模型,进行了试验研究.结果表明,理论预测值与试验值吻合良好.

Abstract:Based on an analysis with Divided-flow Method,this paper shows that stream resistance coefficients mainly depend on the cross-sectional area and mass flow rate of different flow paths when crossflow Reynolds number Re(Tc)is high enough.The effects of geometrical shape of cross-sectional area can be neglected.Therefore pressure drop on the shell-side of a TEMA-F heat exchanger can be Predicted by using Divided-Flow Method for TEME-E heat exchanger.Experimental study was carried out.The experimental values of pressure drop and predicted values appear to be in good agreement.
