| 摘 要： | 简要分析了哈尔滨市的水资源利用现状,在水资源优化配置的理论基础上,用线性规划的方法建立了哈尔滨市水资源优化配置模型,对模型参数进行确定,用基于实数编码的加速遗传算法计算出哈尔滨市水资源优化配置方案。本文的研究成果对哈尔滨市水资源保护、合理开发利用能够起到一定的积极作用,同时对于解决哈尔滨市水资源不足和水污染问题也将具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | On the basis of optimal allocation theory of water resources,optimal allocation model of water resources in Harbin is established by linear programming,and then model parameters are determined.Optimal allocation program of water resources in Harbin is calculated by real-coded genetic algorithm.Finally,sustainable utilization countermeasures of water resources in Harbin is proposed.This research results can play a positive role on synthetically managing water resources in Harbin,at the same time,it will also be of great significance for solving the problem of inadequate water resources and water pollution. |
