纳米ZrO_2陶瓷二维超声磨削温度实验研究

摘    要:磨削参数的选择对工件表层磨削温度有着重要影响。本文采用人工热电偶法,通过普通磨削和二维超声振动磨削的对比实验,重点分析了对纳米ZrO2陶瓷平面磨削温度影响最大的磨削参数——磨削深度的影响。实验表明当磨削深度超过临界磨削深度时,陶瓷材料的被去除机理将由塑性去除转变为脆性去除破坏,磨削温度也显著升高。此外,本文还从粒径角度对纳米ZrO2陶瓷材料的磨削温度进行了实验研究和分析。

Abstract:The choice of grinding parameters have important influences on workpiece surface temperature distributions.Contrast experiments on grinding temperature of nano-ZrO2 under common and two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration grinding(TDUVG)were carried out in this paper by using manual thermocouple method.The relationship between grinding depth and grinding temperature was clarified through theoretical analysis and experiment confirmation.While the grinding depth exceeds the critical grinding depth,the removal mechanism of ceramic materials has been changed from the plastic into brittle,and grinding temperature significantly increased.Alternatively,the grinding temperature of different nano-ZrO2 ceramic materials sizes were also experimental researched and analyzed.
