摘    要:中国风电发展已经进入了持续稳定阶段,规模化并网发电成为主流的发展模式。风电的波动性、随机性突出,而且在不同时间、空间尺度表现出不同的特性,对电网的安全稳定运行产生了深刻的影响.统计分析中国风电的波动性和随机性及风电大规模接入对电网调度的影响,建立电网-波动性电源-可控电源的新型网源协调互动调度运行机制;指出风电功率预测是解决风电波动性影响的关键基础,而将风电功率预测信息纳入调度体系建立新的预控调度技术是实现高比例风电消纳的关键途径.

Abstract:Wind power development in China has entered into a steady stage, and large scale integration into bulk power gird becomes the mainstream of development model. Wind farms have prominent features of variability and randomness, and these characteristics vary at different time and spatial scales. The variability and randomness of Chinese wind farms were analyzed is this paper. The impaction of large scale wind power integration to the bulk power grid was also analyzed. A new renewable energy dispatching operation mechanism among the variable generation, traditional controllable generation and power grid was established. It was pointed that wind power prediction is a key issue to address the impact of wind power fluctuations, and new dispatching operation and control scheme based on prediction information is the critical path to achieve high penetration level of wind power consumption.
