摘    要:SF6断路器触头温度场的实时监测是电气设备绝缘检测领域长期存在的技术难题,设计一种新型的单端口SAW谐振器构成的无源无线温度传感装置,构建断路器温度监测系统.分析并设计低功耗发射器电路和接收电路,对其性能参数进行计算;研究SAW传感器发射和接收天线的辐射电阻、损耗电阻和电感等参数的取值问题,并根据这些参数设计匹配网络,从而提高通讯距离及通讯的可靠性。该装置经测试,可以满足现场对SF6断路器触头温度的实时监测要求.

Abstract:Temperature real-time monitoring for circuit breaker contact is a technical problem of electric equipment insulation monitoring. In order to solve the problem, a SAW temperature sensor based passive wireless monitor system was designed in this paper. A temperature measuring system was built to test the performance of the sensor. The low power transmission and receiving circuits were designed. The transmission and radiation resistance characteristics of the receiving antenna, the loss resistance and the inductance were analyzed with network matching to improve the reliability and stability of the wireless communication. This system has the advantage of easily control, high accuracy, high reliability, and it can achieve the function of SF6 circuit breaker contact temperature measurement.
