中国涂料行业发展的主要制约因素及其对策

我国涂料工业已基本形成了建筑涂料、工业涂料、特种功能涂料等种类齐全的格局，满足了国民经济各个行业的发展需求。2004年产量已达298．15万t，比2003年增长了23．40％，居世界第二位，奠定了中国涂料生产大国的地位。但中国涂料行业还存在着企业规模不大、专业化不强、技术创新能力弱、品牌经营意识差、专业人才缺乏等不利因素。涂料企业要建莎现代企业制度，涂料行业必须走规模化、集群化、特色产业基地化的道路，坚持技术创新，重视品牌经营，建立和完善各种机制，充分发挥和挖掘人才的潜能。我国的涂料行业才具有竞争能力，才能实现涂料行业的可持续发展。

Paint and Coatings Industry in China Key Constraint Factors and Countermeasures

The paint and coatings industry in China has build up a setup of full range of products,such as architectural coatings,industry coatings and functional coatings,which satisfy the requirement from various industrial sectors.The production volume of coatings in 2004 hit up to 2.98 million tons,by 20% increase compared to that in 2003,ranking the second place in the world.And China has become a large country for production of paint and coatings.However,China is not a strong country for paint and coatings.There still exists imperfect system and mechanism in paint and coatings enterprises,smaller production scale,less specialization,weaker innovation ability,poorer brand business idea and lack of professional personnel.In view of these constraint factors,this article has suggested that the paint and coatings manufacturers must establish modernized enterprise system,and take the ways of scale and intensive production,and industrialization bases.They must insist on technology innovation,brand strategy,establishment and perfection of intelligent development,give full play and dig up the potentials of creativity of intelligent.Therefore the paint and coatings industry in China will show its significant compatibility and realize the sustainable development of the coating industry in China.
