膨胀制冷轻烃回收工艺技术

摘    要:以BWRS状态方程的工艺计算的模型,开发了轻烃回收的工艺计算程序,从轻回收的工艺流程设计实例出发,对膨胀制冷工艺流程进行了研究。在工艺流程中,将制冷分离和液烃分馏统一设计和分析,选取合适的膨胀比,并充分利用膨胀制冷量,从而降低了制冷温度,提高了丙烷收率。通过优选工艺参数和对比工艺流程。确定了合理逆升压式的透平膨胀机制冷工艺。流程中膨胀机出口压力为0.7MPa,脱乙烷塔的压力为1.3MPa,丙烷收率

Abstract:In the process flow, the refrigeration separation and liquid hydrocarbon fractionation are designed and analysed integratively and appropriate expansion ratio is chosen, fully using the cooling amount of expansion refrigeration so the refrigerating temperatures are decreased and the propane recovery rate increased. Through optimizing technology parameters and comparing process flows, reasonable reverse pressurization type turbine expansion refrigeration technology is determined, and in the process flow the pressure of outlet of expander is 11. 7MPa, the pressure of deethanation tower is 1. 3MPa and the propane recovery rate is 75. 11.
