| 摘 要： | 作为第三个时期的"全面质量管理"而言,其不单将质量控制集中在生产环节,还通过前向与后向延伸将销售和技术开发环节纳入到质量管控之中。文章的立论也是对当前企业内涵发展中"只见人,不见物"的一种批评。不难知晓,惟有突出对员工的关注,才能最终形成企业内涵发展的不懈动力。

| Abstract: | As a"total quality management"of the third period,not quality control concentrated in the production chain,also through forward and backward extension of the sales and technical development aspects into the quality control.This paper's argument is enterprise content development "saw the people,but no matter" a criticism.It is known,the only prominent concern for employees,in order to ultimately form the tireless driving force of the development of enterprise content. |
