煤矿液压设备故障诊断的现状与发展趋势

摘    要:随着我国煤矿液压设备技术水平的不断提高,以往利用工作人员的丰富经验和诊断仪器检查和分析故障的方式,已经转变成为利用信号处理和人工智能技术,以及控制技术进行故障诊断的方式。文章通过简单介绍和分析煤矿液压设备故障的特征及原理,根据目前使用的故障诊断技术及方式,对煤矿液压设备故障诊断的现状与发展趋势进行阐述。

Abstract:With China's coal mine hydraulic equipment technical levels rising,before working staff of the use of rich experience and diagnostic instrument examination and analysis of the fault way,have into using signal processing and artificial intelligence technology,and control technology of fault diagnosis way.This article through the simple introduction and analysis the characteristics of hydraulic equipment failure coal mine and principle,according to the current use of fault diagnosis technology and the method for coal mine hydraulic equipment fault diagnosis of the present situation and the development trend in this paper.
