往复式料浆泵输送性能的试验研究

摘    要:应用正交试验研究了浆料的黏度、密度、泵排出压力、吸入条件(吸入管长度、吸入高度、介质在吸入管内流速)等因素对往复式料浆泵的实际流量及总效率的影响,得到了最优输送水平组合,并得出了流量系数和总效率的拟合公式。

Abstract:The effects of factors, including slurry viscosity, slurry density, intake highness, diameter of intake line and the velocity in intake line flow, on the coefficient and total efficiency of reciprocating slurry pump are studied through the orthogonal test. The best combination and the fitted formula are obtained.
