摘    要:提出了一种新型工艺性空调送风系统,其设备的参数变化多、体积小、供风量大、设备内处理空气的时间短、精度高。设计中采用大循环风量的措施,增加空气在设备内的控制时间,弥补小体积、大风量造成的供风参数精度控制不稳的缺陷。并分析了工艺空调送风装置的各项影响因素以及各参数之间的相互关系,探讨了设计中的关键环节。提出了设计方案。

Abstract:A new technical air-conditioning system was presented with large changed parameters,which has the advantage of small shape and large ventilation,short time of air disposing and high control accuracy.Air circulation is prolonged air stagnating time in the device, which ameliorates the defect of small volume of device and instability of control accuracy caused by large ventilation.Factors influencing the ventilation and relationship among the parameters are analyzed.Also, crucial skills about the device are discussed and the optimal design is presented.
