| Abstract: | The key point of water imformatization project construction and management is to strengthen institutional management and to emphasize standardization and technical management. The precondition of project operation and management is to have multi-skill personnel, who not only familiarize water professionals but is good at information technology. Moreover, financial support for operation and maintenance system are fundamental for sustaining the information system. |
