南水北调东线一期工程移民安置环境保护措施研究

The First-Stage Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is a long distance water transfer project which cross over the Yangtze River, Huaihe River, Yellow fiver and Haihe River. The resettlement environmental protection is very important since the project has a large amount of oc-cupied land and migration. The resettlement in the First-Stage Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project mainly involves water environment, land resources, soil erosion,population health and other environmental problems. The environmental protection measures in the resettlement included dis-perse-resettlement, residential quarters reconstruction, reservoir site cleaning, industrial enterprise relocation anti reconstruction, water environmental protec-tion measures in the aquatic farming in the Nanshi Lake and Dongping Lake and wharfs relocation and reconstruction arid so on. The resettlement environ-mental protection plays a very important role in the project implementation and operation.
