靛蓝牛仔布氧化拔染印花技术

以氯酸钠和黄血盐钠按合理配比配制氧化拔染剂，以柠檬酸作催化剂，冷法制备拔染浆，对靛蓝牛仔布进行氧化拔染印花。介绍了氧化拔染印花的工艺流程、拔染浆的组成和制备，分析了烘干、汽蒸、焙烘和水洗的工艺条件，并与还原拔染印花效果作对比。实践证明，该工艺可获得拔染效果优良的印花牛仔布，且牛仔布的强力保留率高达90％，印花成本也远低于还原拔染印花，经济效益显著。

Oxidative discharge printing of indigo denim

Discharge paste is prepared with combination of sodium chlorate and sodium ferrocyanide as oxidative discharge agent and citric acid as catalyst by cold method, oxidative discharge printing process of indigo denim is carried out. The technological process of discharge printing, the recipe of discharge paste, as well as detailed conditions of drying, steaming, curing and washing are introduced, the results are compared with those by reductive discharge printing. It is said that oxidative method can obtain good printing results, and strength retention reaches 90%, the production cost is acceptable.
