| 摘 要： | 简要分析了精密复杂模具的热处理变形,并提出了几种常用精密复杂塑料模具钢,同时介绍了精密复杂模具的预硬型热处理、时效硬化型热处理、沉淀硬化热处理、渗氮热处理、真空热处理和深冷热处理,其核心是为了减少模具的变形,提高模具的精度,延长模具的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Briefly analyzed heat treatment deformation of complex precision mold steels,and puts forward several complex precision plastic mold steels,and introduces the complex precision mold pre-hard type heat treatment,aging sclerosis heat treatment,precipitation sclerosis heat treatment,permeability nitrogen heat treatment,vacuum heat-treatment and cryogenic heat treatment,to reduce the mold deformation,improve the mold precision,prolong mold service life. |
