| 摘 要： | 以SL系列上罗拉轴承为例,详细介绍了其质量标准,从清洗、套胶管和润滑3个方面阐述了上罗拉轴承的使用及保养.指出SL上罗拉轴承径向、轴向游隙保持在一定范围是轴承在套胶管后平稳、灵活转动的必要条件,说明轴承清洗后加注适量的润滑脂是轴承寿命长的保证,使用优良的轴承能明显改善成纱质量.

| Abstract: | Sampling the top roller bearing SL series,details introduction is done to the quality norm.Caution is given as to maintenance of the top roller bearing in process of cleaning,telescoping and lubrication of the cot.Conclusion is made that proper radial and axial clearance of top roller bearing is the prerequisite for stable service after telescoped.Proper lubrication after cleaning is a gurantee for longer service life of the bearing and quality bearing can markedly improve spinning quality. |
