基于FPGA的远程图像与温度采集监控系统

摘    要:为了能够对电厂或电站的关键设备进行定时或实时的图像和温度采集监控,本文以FP—GA(现场可编程门阵列)为核心,设计了一种基于FPGA的嵌入式图像与温度采集监控系统。该系统利用图像传感器和红外测温模块采集图像和温度,采用FPGA技术进行参数采集模块设计,以高性能软核嵌入式处理器NiosⅡ和嵌入式μClinux操作系统为核心进行软件设计,并通过总线将图像和温度数据发送到上位机供工作人员观察分析。同传统的基于PC机的图像采集系统相比,该系统不仅功能完善,而且具有体积小、成本低的优势。

Abstract:To be able to carry out supervision of image and temperature collection at any time or at fixed time for the key equipments of the power plant or station, using FPGA as core, we designed a kind of embedded supervision system of image and temperature collection based on FPGA. The system uses collection mod- ule of parameters with a image sensor and infrared measurement module to collect image and temperature by FPGA technique, and uses software in the embedded processor(the Nios Ⅱ) with high performance and embedded operation system of μClinux as the core, then sends out image and the temperature data through a bus to main machine to provide data for observation analysis by the staff member. This makes the system not only perfect, but also have a small volume, with low cost compared to the traditional image collection system based on PC machine.
