淀粉/植物纤维类发泡缓冲材料性能缺陷分析研究

摘    要:介绍了目前国内制备的淀粉/植物纤维类发泡缓冲材料存在的主要缺陷--发泡倍率低、泡沫不均匀、相对密度大、老化快、吸湿率高,论述了缺陷形成的原因以及材料成型控制和提高使用性能的技术难点,总结了针对缺陷成因的解决办法,基于目前的研究进展,提出了进一步解决淀粉基发泡缓冲材料缺陷的理论构想.

Abstract:Some main performance drawbacks(including low foaming multiplying factor, non-uniform foam,big density, rapid anabiosis and high hygroscopicity) of the foam cushion material which is made of starch & vegetation fiber are introduced, and the cause of formation about these drawbacks and technical difficult points of material formation and improving usability are discussed. Usual solution about these problems is summed up. Based on present research progress, further academic concept of solution is brought forward.
