高耐晒型分散红染料的合成工艺及应用

摘    要:该文研究了以1.氨基-4-羟基-2-苯氧基蒽醌和乙二醇苯醚为原料,在聚乙二醇溶剂中合成分散红,对合成工艺参数进行了优选,对产品进行商品化。该产品与分散红127及分散红146进行耐日晒牢度对比测试结果表明,研制的分散红染料具有较高的耐日晒牢度。

Abstract:In this paper, a red disperse dye was synthesized with t-amino-4-hydroxyl-2- benzeneoxyl anthraquinone as raw material and polyethylene glycol as solvents. The process parameter was optimized and commercial product was prepared. It was resulted that this disperse dye product has higher lightfasmess than that of disperse red 127 and 146.
