白炭黑增强SSBR和ESBR复合材料结构性能的比较

摘    要:对白炭黑在SSBR和ESBR 2种丁苯橡胶中的分散和性能进行了比较研究。结果表明:白炭黑在SS-BR中的分散优于在ESBR中的分散,相应的复合材料300%定伸应力较高。Si69的原位改性使白炭黑与橡胶基体的界面结合变好,分散变得均匀,复合材料的定伸应力提高,硬度下降。

Abstract:The dispersion of silica in two kinds of SBR(SSBR and ESBR)and the mechanical properties of the corresponding composites were studied in this paper.The results showed that the dispersion of silica in SSBR was better than that in ESBR,and the 300% modulus of SSBR composite was higher than that of ESBR.The surface keying action between silica and the rubber became good,and the dispersion of silica in the rubber became more uniform,and the composites modulus all rised,and the hardness all dropped.
