部分填充电各向异性介质波导的直线法

摘    要:文本引用直线法,分析了一般的部分填充电各向异性介质的波导的色散特性。波动方程仅在一个方向上进行离散化,这样就产生了微分——差分方程,可以解析求解。并推导出了一般的色散特性方程。最后,为了证实本方法的有效性,对各向同性介质波导进行了计算并与精确解进行了比较,结果极为一致。同时,对部分填充电各向异性介质波导进行了计算。

Abstract:In this paper the method of lines is quoted.The partly filled with electric anisotropic dielectric waveguides are analyzed.The wave equation is dis- cretized in only one direction,and the differential-difference equation is yielded and can be solved analytically.The equation of calculating the dispersion chara- cteristics is deduced.At last,in order to demonstrate the strength of the present method,numerical results are shown for a rectangular waveguide filled with electric isotropic dielectric.Numerical results of the present method coincide with those of the analytical method.The same time,numerical results are shown for a rectangular waveguide filled with electric anisotropic dielctric.
