染色机微机控制系统

摘    要:以苏州纺织机械厂SME-235型高温高压斜管式染色机为例,通过分析染色机理以及目前高温高压染色机中常出现的堵布问题,介绍了作者开发的染色机微机控制系统。该控制系统采用了高级与常规控制算法,控制系统精度高,并能利用目前常用的开关阀实现微量控制算法,大大节省了控制设备的投资。另外,系统能对堵布故障及时报警,便于操作人员及时排除。实践表明,该系统价格低廉、功能齐全、性能可靠。

Abstract:This paper represents a Microcomputer control system of dyejigger which has been developed by the author based on the SME-235 type high tempera- ture and ptessure dyejigger of Suzhou Textile machine plant by analysing the dyeing mechnism and clothing jam in current dye jiggers. The system has high control accu- racy because of adopting advanced and conventional control algorithm and it can re- alize the microunit control algorthm by using switch valve, which results in the much saving of control equipment invertment. Additionally,the system can warn a- gainst the clothing jam so that the operator can eliminate the failure in time. Prac- tice shows that the system has inexpensive cost,full fuctions and reliable quality.
