| 摘 要： | 随着高新技术的广泛应用，电子系统在机电设备中所占的比重越来越大，已成为机电设备的重要组成部分。因此加强通用设备电子系统技术保障，对提高设备效能有重要作用。描述了自动测试技术的基本概念、系统构成，总结了自动测试系统的发展概况，分析了自动测试系统的发展趋势，论述了新一代自动测试系统的关键技术。

| Abstract: | The electronic system is wide application and new technology in mechanical and electronic equipment. The technology support for electronic system is intensified in general equipment to improve the efficiency. It describes the basic concept and configuration of automatic test system, summarizes the general situation of automatic test technology, analyzes the development trend and discusses the key technology of the new automatic test system. |
