| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的飞速发展,我国逐步进入了数字信息化时代。实现数字背景下档案管理的创新是数字信息化发展的必然要求。现将根据档案管理存在的问题,对数字背景下的档案管理进行深入思考,探索档案管理的创新方案。如何以创新的思想拓展档案多元化服务是一个值得档案工作者思考和探讨的问题。文章分析了企业档案管理存在的问题和不足,提出了档案管理创新的思路与对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology,China has gradually entered the age of digital information. It is the inevitable requirement for developing digital information to realize the innovation of archives management with digital background. Based on the existing problems of archives management,it is deeply thought to explore the innovations.It is a question worthy of thinking and discussing for archivists how to expand diversified services of archives with the innovative ideas. In the paper,some innovative ideas and countermeasures of archives management are put forward through analyzing its existing problems and shortcomings. |
