提高乳化炸药稳定性的工业实践

摘    要:包钢白云鄂博铁矿化工厂现有乳化炸药生产工艺成本较高,配方含水量不符合国家标准,且基质稳定性差,对工业生产带来了一定的影响。文章通过对乳化炸药稳定性影响因素的分析,进行配方优化,使乳化炸药配方含水量达到国家标准的同时,提高了乳化炸药的稳定性。

Abstract:The production costs for production engineering of existing emulsion explosive in Chemical Plant of Baiyunebo Iron Mine are higher,the water content of recipe does not meet the national standards and the stability of matrix is poor so that the industrial productions are influenced. In the paper,it is introduced the water content of emulsion explosive is improved to achieve the national standards to improve the stability through recipe optimization by analyzing the factors influencing stability of emulsion explosive.
