发电机无刷励磁控制系统数字化改造

摘    要:包钢热电厂6^#、7^#发电机的励磁控制系统采用无刷励磁方式,原励磁控制方式为MAVR自动电压调节器,现改为DVR-70励磁控制系统后,励磁性能得到优化。文章针对MAVR励磁控制系统控制不稳定,响应速度慢多次停机等缺点,采用以IGBT为核心的数字化励磁控制系统,改善了发电机的励磁效果,为发电机的安全可靠创造了条件。极大减少了高炉鼓风机停机的事故,避免了经济损失。

Abstract:The excitation control system of 6^#and 7^#generators in Thermal Power Plant of Baotou Steel is with the brushless excitation. The former excitation control mode is MAVR automatic voltage regulator and after it is changed to DVR- 70 excitation control system now,the excitation properties are optimized. In the paper,the digital excitation control system with the core of IGBT is adopted to improve the excitation effects of generators aiming at the defects of MAVR excitation control system such as unstable control,slow response speed and halt many times,which could create conditions for safe and reliable generators. As a result,the accidents of halt for blast furnace blower are greatly reduced to avoid the pecuniary loss.
