高性能水处理陶粒填料的研制

摘    要:选择轻质材料粉煤、粘土及多种添加剂为原料,制备了用作水处理的微生物载体陶粒,比表面积达到10.626m2/g。经理化性能检测,并应用于厌氧生物滤池(AF)中,表明该种陶粒具备生物填料的优越性能。与AF空塔相比,AF陶粒塔的COD去除率和容积负荷均提高了58%。

Abstract:The prepared ceramisites with high specific area,a medium of microorganism,used of water treatment,have been made from a kind of fly ash,clay and kinds of additives. For this material the physico-chemical performance is examined and the microstructure is observed by electronic microscope,prepared ceramisites have greater performance of microorganism filler in the application of Anaerobic Biofilter(AF).
