摘    要:针对某热带连轧机主传动出现电流失控的问题,分析了交交变频调速装置的电磁干扰因素及抗干扰措施,找到了产生误触发脉冲的干扰通道,通过改造原功率柜内的脉冲触发板,即在输出到零电流检测环节的脉冲通道中增加阻断电路,切断电磁干扰进入触发板的通道,解决了电流失控故障,提高了系统的稳定性。

Abstract:The fault of current out-of-control in main drive system of a hot strip mill with AC-AC frequency conversion was studied.It was analyzed the issues of electromagnetic interference in operation,electromagnetic interference factors of thyristor trigger link and anti-interference ability.The causes of current out-of-control and pulse interference channel were found out.The solutions were proposed which is to cut off the path of electromagnetic interference by adding an isolation circuit.After taking the measur...
