少投磨煤机方式对锅炉运行的影响

摘    要:分析了在满足负荷要求的情况下少投运1台磨煤机(简称少投磨煤机)对锅炉运行的影响.分析表明,少投磨煤机对切圆燃烧锅炉比较适宜;在制粉系统不掺冷风的运行状况下,墙式燃烧锅炉与拱式燃烧锅炉不适合采用;少投磨煤机方式在不影响炉膛水冷壁高温腐蚀及炉内结渣时方可采用.

Abstract:The influence of doing not put one coal-pulverizer into service upon the operation of boiler under condition satisfying the load requirement has been analysed.Analysis shows that the said operation mode is comparatively suitable to the tangentially firing boilers.Under operation condition of doing not blend cold air into the coal pulverizing system,the above-mentioned operation mode of coal pulverizers isn’t suitable to wall firing boilers and arch-firing boilers,the said operation mode of coal pulverizers doesn’t affect high-temperature corrosion on the water-wall and slagging in the furnace.Only under condition of blending cold air into the coal pulverizing system,the said operation mode of coal pulverizers can be suitable to wall-firing boilers and arch firing boilers,however,the energy-saving effect has to be confirmed through test.
