树脂砂热稳定性的研究

摘    要:对呋喃树脂砂和Pepset酚醛尿烷树脂砂的热稳定性进行测定与研究.结果表明:前者的热稳定性高于后者.对两种树脂结焦值进行测定, 呋喃树脂的结焦值也高于Pepset酚醛尿烷树脂. 在两种树脂砂中加入适量的氧化型附加物,可降低树脂的结焦值和树脂砂的热稳定性,改善树脂砂的容让性.通过扫描电镜观察,氧化型附加物可破坏树脂粘结膜和粘结桥.

Abstract:The hot stability of both furan and Pepset phenol-urethane resin bonded sand are determined and studied. The results show that the hot stability of furan resin bonded sand is higher than Pepset phenol-urethane resin bonded sand. The coking value of furan resin is higher than Pepset phenol-urethane resin too. Respectively to add additives to two type resin bonded sands may lower their coking value and conditional hot stability, and improve collapsibility of them. Through SEM analysis, it is found that oxidizing additives mixing in both resin bonded sands may destroy resin film and bridges.
