摘    要:简要介绍了4,4’-双(氯甲基)联苯(BCMB)的用途、性质及其合成特点。以列表的方式综述了以多聚甲醛,联苯等为原料,氯化锌为催化剂经氯甲基化反应制备BCMB的合成和后处理技术。依据催化剂特性和相关反应理论,重点分析了催化剂和催化机理及关注点,讨论了反应温度和反应时间之间的关系及后处理和二氯甲醚的去除。最后,对BCMB今后的合成研究提出了建议。

Abstract:The thesis briefly introduces the application,characters and synthetic speciality of 4,4'-Dichloromethyl-biphenyl(BCMB).It summarizes the technology of synthesis and post treatment,using paraformaldehyde and biphenyl as raw material,zinc chloride to catalyzer,through chloromethylation.According to the characteristics of catalyzer and relative theory,it has a key analysis of catalyzer,the theory of catalyzing and its attention point,and has a discussion on the relation between the temperature and the time of reaction,besides the post treatment and removing dichloromethyl ether.At the end,it has a good suggestion on the research of BCMB synthesis in the future.
