| 摘 要： | 隐性知识高效管理是企业获得持续竞争优势的关键,是实现知识创造和技术的核心环节。该文对隐性知识的必要性进行了分析,从影响隐性知识因素着手,指出隐性知识显性化是企业隐性知识管理的核心,并提出加强隐性知识管理的有效举措。
