| 摘 要： | 针对目前锅炉空气预热器低温腐蚀,不耐磨损,导致漏风串烟,影响炉膛燃烧,检验难度大,无法更换,锅炉长期低负荷低效运行的难题。本文介绍了一种将预热器立式改卧式,采用搪瓷钢管,石棉盘根密封的改造方案。经实践验证,很好地解决了上述难题,对拥有空气预热器的电厂和工业用户都具有重要的推广价值。
