摘    要:
介绍以热轧无缝钢管为坯料的高精度冷拔油缸在液压支架千斤顶上的应用,并从选材、工艺过程,应用机理,产品的机械性能、防腐性能及节约降耗等几个方面,阐述采用高精度冷拔技术生产制造支架千斤顶油缸能够满足其使用要求,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the application of high-precision hard-drawn tube using hot-rolled tube without seam on a jack of hydraulic powered supports, combining from choosing material,craft process, applied mechanism, hard-drawn technique to consume etc. a few aspects, expatiating the high-precision hard-drawn tube in adoption hard-drawn technique produce to make an a jack oil urn can satisfy its usage requests, having vast and applied foreground.
